How do I place an order?

All orders must be submitted in writing, via fax or email. Verbal or handwritten communications will not be accepted. Please call to confirm receipt of purchase order.

Do you have samples?

Yes! Blank or random samples of most items are available to be shipped using the distributors or third party's shipping account number and are billed at end quantity prices. When available, dummy samples can be shipped using the distributors (or third party's) shipping account number at no charge.

Where is your pricing?

Pricing is available by logging into the website or by contacting a KTI representative. Pricing is updated on a regular basis, but may change without notice. Each order placed will be based on current market value of flash memory as quoted at the time of your order. If memory pricing should fluctuate after your order is received, acknowledged, and approved, you will not be charged the increase or refunded if the price decreases. Your accepted PO price will not be affected. We cannot offer price protection on memory products.

What are my Payment Options?

We accept check and ACH payments for net term customers, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) for prepaid customers. Credit terms may be extended after a credit check is complete. First time orders must be charged on a credit card or paid for in advance. You have the option to keep credit cards on file. Note: Orders paid for with foreign checks may be subject to additional fees.

How do I apply for net terms?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged in full including freight (if any) upon artwork approval. Full payment must be received before order ships.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders are available on select products for an additional charge. Please call and discuss production times and pricing with your KTI Representative before placing an order with rush service. Approved rush orders are NOT CANCELLED.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please be advised that cancelled orders will be charged according to the costs incurred up until the date of cancellation including, but not limited to: art, screens, shipping, and merchandise. In addition, a 25% restocking fee will be added. Completed orders and/or rush orders are not subject to cancellation. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, through email or fax.

What is the minimum quantity?

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are listed on each individual product page. Minimums may be higher for custom products and/or colors. Orders for less than the stated minimum may be possible with a less than minimum (LTM) charge. No imprinted orders will be accepted for less than 50% of the listed MOQ. Blank product may be available at a lower MOQ, please consult your KTI Representative as this is dependent on stock.

What is the production time on _____ item?

Items in stock without a custom imprint are shipped within 2 business days; larger orders or non-stock items may require additional time. For items with a custom imprint, production time varies per item and can be viewed on the items webpage.

What is KTI's policy on overruns and under-runs?

Every effort will be made to ensure our customers receive the exact number of items they ordered. We will not deliver or invoice an over-run, but a 3% under-run is possible, orders will be shipped and billed accordingly.

I placed an order, but I don't have art or payment arranged yet. Can I hold my order?

KTI will hold a Purchase Order (PO) for up to one week for any delays in processing. After one week, the unprocessed PO becomes inactive. The customer must issue a new/revised PO with current pricing to activate the previously delayed order.

Data Load

Can you load data onto my usb order?

Yes, we have the ability to do a data load.

How do I submit the data?

  • Please contact your sales manager, the method used will depend on the file size and complexity, the three most common methods are listed below: We can create a ftp link that you or your client can directly upload their data to us.
  • Small files can be emailed to your KTI Representative.
  • CD's, DVD's, and USB's may be mailed to us. Please note we do not return these pieces. If you need to get the piece back, please be sure to include instructions and a shipping account to send them back.
  • DO NOT submit Zip Files
  • If clients prefer, we can use a clients ftp to retrieve the data.

What are my options with a data load?

  • Standard data load - files can be deleted. Available for overseas and domestic orders.
  • Auto Run - causes a certain file to open or a certain program/file to run automatically as soon as a USB Drive is inserted into the USB port. The action taken is determined by a file called AUTORUN.INF. If the file to be opened is a music or multimedia file, the feature is called AutoPlay. In Macintosh computers, AutoRun is called AutoStart. We do not do AutoStart. Not available for domestic orders.
  • Data Lock - Data Lock causes your PC to treat a designated section of your Flash Drive storage space as if it were a CD. Files in this partition cannot be deleted or overwritten. The drive can be partitioned so that some space is locked and some is open. Not available for domestic orders.
  • Password Protect - Installs a password protection software onto the drive. Not available for domestic orders.
Data that utilizes logos, trademarks or registered information other than that of the owner(s), will require a written authorization and/or form of release may be needed to supplement the data download order. If copyrighted material such as, but not limited to music, video, or literature is included, written authorization and / or form of release may be required clearly indicating that KTI is and will be released from any and all copyright infringement or violation.

Does Data load require extra lead time?

Yes data load may be subject to extra lead time

How long can you hold my printed product that we are waiting on data for a data load?

Orders that have been printed and are waiting in-house for the data to load will only remain in house for 2 weeks. If data is not received within two weeks of printing, KTI reserves the right to ship the order without data to the destination provided on the purchase order, if no ship to address been provided; it will ship to the billing address provided.

Warranties & Returns

Warranty - All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 1 year. Consumable parts, including but not limited to, batteries & pen refills, are not covered under warranty. Claims procedure - If you have a claim which is incorrect with your shipment, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery of the product. Return Policy - If there is a defect in the imprinting, product quality or data load, please call our RMA Department to arrange for a return. All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before shipping back to KTI. No returns will be accepted for custom orders. Returns for blank products may be accepted (subject to a 25% restocking fee) if returned within 30 days in new condition. Consumable parts (i.e. batteries, pen refills, etc.) will not be considered for RMA claims.

Copyright /Trademark Laws

KTI Promo assumes that logo artwork is submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws governing copyright and trademarks. Purchaser, by placing the order, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold KTI Promo harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision remains in effect after the delivery of an order.
Our products are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 12.

Limitation of Liability

While we will do everything in our power to get your order to its destination on time, once the order leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control. Factors beyond our control include but are not limited to: Acts of God, Carrier delays, severe weather, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders affected by the aforementioned situations are not covered under KTI's Warranty claims and return policies. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors, as well as providing the highest level of service to our customers. In the event of uncertainty, shipments will be secured in one of our facilities. Delivery of product will be attempted when it is safe to do so.
